Privacy Policy

Effective September 1st, 2026 · The Lydian Gambit

1. The short version

We run a game, not a data business. No account creation, no email signup, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no sale of data. What we hold is the minimum a competitive on-chain game needs to function.

2. What we process

3. What stays in your browser

Your language choice, interface preferences and session token live in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device except to resume your session.

4. What we don't do

5. Third parties

Connecting a wallet uses that wallet's own service (for example Xaman), under its own privacy policy. The XRP Ledger is a public network operated by no one and everyone; nothing written to it can be edited or erased by us.

6. Retention and your rights

Ladder entries and replays are kept as the permanent history of the game. Technical logs are short-lived. You may stop using the service at any time; you can also ask us to rename or detach your pseudonym from the ladder — on-chain records, by nature, cannot be altered. Write to timefrags2@gmail.com.

7. Changes

The current version of this policy is always published at this address.
